Claude in the browser is a chat window. Claude Code is the same model given hands: it reads and writes files on your Mac, runs programs, opens a browser, and calls your tools. The Terminal is the only place on a computer where a program can do all of that without a user interface standing in the way. You type sentences. It does the typing of commands.
What changes: comparing yesterday’s Meta export to last week becomes one sentence instead of twenty minutes in Sheets. Twelve hook variants in your voice come from a voice file you wrote once. The report you run every morning becomes a one-word command, then a scheduled one. The pack is the shortest path from never having opened Terminal to that.
